About Black Cat Hosting

Orders and Billing


Yes! All our products include user support. You can contact us on 1300 080 314 between 9AM – 5PM (AEST/ADST) Monday to Friday. Outside these hours, please use our eTicket System for 24 hour, 7 days a week 365 days a year support.

Most of our products are instantaneously set up when making payment via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. When making payment via direct deposit, there may be a slight delay as establishment of your products will not occur until payment is received. There are some exclusions (such as SSL that have a 1-5 day issuance period) to this rule.

We currently accept payment via Credit/Debit Card (preferred), PayPal and direct deposit.

Should you not be happy with the service received, and we are unable to resolve your concerns within a 30 day period of sign up, you are eligible for a full refund on eligible services.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on the following services if they have already been successfully provisioned by one of our suppliers:

  • Domain Names
  • SSL Certificates
  • Software Licences

After the conclusion of the 30 days, a pro-refund refund will be provided as an account credit only.

Please Contact Us! We can change your plan at any time. We might even waive the additional costs of the new plan until your next renewal date!

Virtual Private Server (VPS)


All Black Cat Hosting VPS products on our new platform are hosted in Sydney, a major connection point for internal traffic travelling into and out of Australia.

Website Hosting


All Black Cat Hosting servers are located in Melbourne VIC and Sydney NSW.

Of Course! You will simply need to provide us your FTP login information so we can migrate your files over to your new hosting account.

Website Design


The website design process can be long and complicated. However, we will always endeavour to get your website completed as quickly as possible.

However, we will need your input in relation to design aspects of the site and/or information from you to place on the website. If you are slow in responding to these requests for information, this will delay the process.

We estimate the average website will be completed within 2-4 weeks (often less) depending on response times from you.
